@akram @waveywaves @jkhelil FYI ... the reader's digest of the #26268 and #26072 is that in the attempt to move a bunch of e2e's off of mongodb, as well as onto ubi8, e2e-aws-jenkins slipped through the cracks

I've updated openshift/release to make sure e2e-aws-jenkins runs when the files in question are touched (we'll see if that works here in a sec)

I was able to run the jenkins suite locally with these changes
