CCO-20:TP docs for AWS STS

Main goal of PR is to add STS content. However, this also necessitated a re-organization of the CCO content into subdirectories, so it now lives in the Auth book.

• About the Cloud Credential Operator: ✨NEW✨ Overview from the old location of the CCO info - mostly old info but reorganized and now featuring a support matrix.
• Using mint mode: Mint mode overview taken from the former CCO page
• Using passthrough mode: Passthrough mode overview taken from the former CCO page
• Using manual mode: Manual mode overview taken from the former CCO page
• Using manual mode with STS: ✨NEW✨ Manual mode with STS overview and configuration instructions

  • Configuring a cluster manually: Manual config process
• Cloud Credential Operator: Old home for CCO content, now reduced to a more appropriate amount for the area

Forgot to add here: There are a couple of topics at the end of post-config cluster tasks and the mint mode overview that will not load until #28974 is merged.

Some feedback is out of scope for this effort, but should be addressed. Tracking in OSDOCS-1817.
