Upgrading it to version 1.6.1.

Hi @abhay-nutanix! Thanks for contributing this. This is helpful as the previous version of nutanix is actually pointing to a commit from a pr (subsequently merged), and has been breaking some of our tooling.

Can you also include the CRDs? As you are using a release, you can grab them from https://github.com/nutanix-cloud-native/cluster-api-provider-nutanix/releases/download/v1.6.1/infrastructure-components.yaml and overwrite the existing file here: https://github.com/openshift/installer/blob/main/data/data/cluster-api/nutanix-infrastructure-components.yaml
