Just to summarize discussion from Slack. We still have some open issues around nvme driver in Linux kernel that rhel7 ships with. We are currently running a hotfixed version of kernel in some clusters and that did fix most of the problems but at least one customer has reported that even with hotfixed kernel they could reproduce the issue(I myself haven't verified it) - https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1658237
