CI/CD has moved to Konflux, making the GitHub Actions workflow and devcontainer configuration obsolete. - Remove .devcontainer/ (VS Code remote container setup) - Remove .github/workflows/ci.yml (GitHub Actions CI) - Update Renovate to use Konflux mintmaker base config and restrict to relevant package managers
