Please merge as soon as https://errata.devel.redhat.com/advisory/69706 is shipped live OR if a Cincinnati-first release is approved.

This should provide adequate soak time for candidate channel PR #665

This should have been added to fast-4.7 by 12b92a1 (Enable 4.6.19
in fast channel(s), 2021-02-24, openshift#666).  I dunno why that didn't
happen then, but I'm catching us up now.
