Tombstoning in favor of 4.3.15, which has the same errata (so we cannot stabilize both):

$ oc adm release info quay.io/openshift-release-dev/ocp-release:4.3.14-x86_64 | grep errata

$ oc adm release info quay.io/openshift-release-dev/ocp-release:4.3.15-x86_64 | grep errata
    url: https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHBA-2020:1529

and which fixes the baked-in update sources.
