**What is the bug?** Backwards compatibility tests were removed in https://github.com/opensearch-project/sql/pull/721. It looks like those were only OpenDistro -> OpenSearch. **What is the expected behavior?** Restore bcw tests that upgrade from OpenSearch 1.x to 2.x, etc.
