[FEATURE] Migrate scroll usage to PIT

Deprecate the usage of scroll and use PIT instead.
Usage of scroll will be deprecated in v3.0.0. PR in sql plugin

I was able to verify ODBC driver can execute query with OpenSearch where PIT is enabled.
