build-tools 2.5.0-SNAPSHOT is not yet available and need to manually update bwc gradle to have versions = ["2.4.0","2.5.0"]

Closing this PR in favor of creating one manually.

I think we could also push updates to this PR to get it ready when the 2.5 builds are available instead of cutting a fresh one, that way 'most' of the automated process is being used
