The artifact[1] doesn't seem to have been published yet. Security repo's 1.3 branch is already bumped to 1.3.15 |

Hey @prudhvigodithi you are correct. However that is not the issue. The issue is that the security plugin is not yet added to the 1.3.15 and 1.4.0 manifests causing it to not be picked up in the build runs. I’ve created this PR: opensearch-project/opensearch-build#4365 to resolve that unblock CI |

1.3 on OpenSearch-Dashboards is bumped to 1.3.15. This PR updates the plugin version to match the core version.
