Upstream NixOS service and remove Nix from project
Closes #220
Since the nixpkgs PR to add support for opkssh (server side) was successfully merged, we can now remove the nix-flake from our repository. I also removed the related GitHub actions which were the source of some flaky pipeline failures in the past.
The nix-flake did provide some benefits to opkssh developers running Nix, but we discussed (during opkssh community meeting August?) that the benefit vs. maintance burden is not worth it. Might be different in future, when more opkssh maintainers are using Nix.
I added the NixOS configuration example to the main README.md file. Let me know if you disagree with the location. I saw that there is some recent activity in the
docsfolder. Happy to move it there if you prefer.
