Per se sind solche Code-Überbleibsel natürlich zu löschen.

Allerdings finde ich es prinzipiell keine schlechte Idee eine Inventurliste in JVerein anlegen zu können. Da könnte man sich mal Gedanken machen, ob sich so ein Feature lohnen würde.

Es gibt bereits das Feature Anlagenkonto, siehe #296.
Da kann man ein Anlagenverzeichnis führen und Abschreibungen machen. Das ist ja auch Inventar.
