@ziafazal: I noticed that there is not yet a release tag for xblock-lti-consumer 1.1.1 and edx-platform is still on 1.1.0. I just merged another change to xblock-lti-consumer that I'd like to get released and into edx-platform, so let me know your plans on this. Thank you! |

@robrap I'm planning to update edx-platfrom with new tag once remaining xblocks where we are adding translations are ready. If you want it earlier create the tag and update edx-platform. |

@ziafazal: Thanks. I'll take that to mean that anything you have already merged is ready to be released, and it is fine if I release everything up to my commit, meaning your changes would go to Production. |

This PR added translation files download from transifex and transifex config to support WL-580.
