Additions for Blades:

Added a Reset button next to the Run Code button so that students can easily resubmit code without using a problem attempt if a code submission times out. (BLD-994)

Added an Upload button so course teams can easily provide downloadable handouts associated with a video. (BLD-1000)

I actually meant :ref:Student Data for PR 3448. (it also had a change to the enrollment chapter, but that was only a typo fix)

I just looked at the HTML version, and the spacing below the second level bullets isn't wide enough for readability (imo). Is there a way to reduce the white space before the start of a bulleted list, and increase it at the end of the list?

👍 (though I would move the changes for data & programmer doc out of single bullets and make just regular paragraphs to alleviate the spacing problem a bit...)
