Wording changed for setting up ORA question for Graded=True.

I do not get this. This attribute is to specify if the student should get scored for doing peer grading, right? So the original help text is right. A slightly improved version would be: 'Defines whether the student should get credit if they grade the required number of peer submissions for the linked problem. Only applicable if "Show Single Problem" is True.'

Ah - I meant it only for the open-ended module. I provided that text because the standing text on the open-ended module was inaccurate (I tested it just to make sure). The text on the peer grading module is NOT inaccurate as far as I know, although you can confirm or deny.
