Open any section and then choose it again in drop-down list -> as a result, the page content will be reloaded

Simulator.Screen.Recording.-.iPhone.15.Pro.-.2023-12-13.at.19.04.40.mp4

When reselecting a section in the drop-down list, the page should not reload, only drop-down list should close.
