test: replacing snapshot tests with rtl tests part 6

This pr is replacing shallow and snapshot tests with rtl tools in order to depracate @edx/react-unit-test-utils package.

UT affected for this pr:

• src/course-unit/xblock-container-iframe/hooks/tests/hooks.test.tsx
• src/editors/containers/ProblemEditor/components/EditProblemView/SettingsWidget/settingsComponents/GroupFeedback/GroupFeedbackRow.test.jsx
• src/editors/containers/ProblemEditor/components/EditProblemView/AnswerWidget/AnswerOption.test.jsx
• src/editors/containers/ProblemEditor/components/EditProblemView/SettingsWidget/settingsComponents/TimerCard.test.jsx
• src/editors/containers/ProblemEditor/components/EditProblemView/SettingsWidget/SettingsOption.test.jsx

The snapshots related to these tests were removed.
The tests were turned into typescript files.
The components related to the tests that were using the deprecated HOC of injectIntl were refactored to use useIntl.
1 snapshot was updated due to the intl refactor (Will be removed in the future).
