chore: remove unused dependencies "npm" and "start"

Description

These two dependencies npm and start were accidentally added in #1133 . I'm pretty sure someone typed npm start when npm install was already in their terminal :p

And wow, 2 deleted lines in package.json results in 2,500+ lines removed from package-lock.json!
