📝 WalkthroughWalkthroughThe manifest configuration adds pinned ODH and RHOAI Build Config repositories. Resolution fetches platform-specific CSV images, normalizes RHOAI registry references, applies exceptions, and reconciles image overrides. SHA and branch update workflows persist Build Config references. Documentation and Makefile inputs reflect the new resolution flow. Priority: ⬇️ Low Estimated code review effort: 4 (Complex) | ~60 minutes Merge Risk: 🟡 Moderate · up to One pinned ODH image reference points at the metadata-collection container instead of the model-performance-data container, so ODH installs would deploy the wrong image for that component. The rest of the pinning and CSV resolution changes look consistent, but this single reference should be corrected before merge. 🚥 Pre-merge checks | ✅ 9 | ❌ 1❌ Failed checks (1 warning)

This might cause the check on line 138 to pass even when there are failed components.

These two images are ODH-only according to https://github.com/opendatahub-io/opendatahub-operator/blob/main/component-params-env.yaml#L132C10-L135
These hashes also only seem to exist for s390x and ppc64le architectures

Description
Resolve RHOAI e2e image references independently from ODH using pinned platform-specific Build Config CSVs. RHOAI production references are mapped to their
quay.io/rhoaimirrors, while scheduled updates keepboth Build Config pins current.
