So OpenBay Pro will come FREE inside the new OpenCart? |
No it is still a subscription service, optional to use. |
I like the idea a lot however: Not fair on other developers - despite poor coders or not Thanks |
Nothing has changed with the OpenBay service, the module integrates with 3rd party API servers where users have registered accounts. Using OpenBay is optional, as is Maxmind security and payment gateways already included into the core. It just gives end users the option of integrating with more marketplaces to increase revenue and make management easier. It is possible to update OpenBay Pro without the need to update OpenCart as it was before - this will allow for more features to existing users as the service develops even more. Hope this answers your questions. |
@jamesallsup Can we fix this issue ASAP - #799 |
@Khaleel It's all about money at the end of the day - OC takes $$$ for payment gateways etc to be integrated into the core. Simple as that |
