I fixed some issues, I found while making a GUI for impedance values.
btle module wasn't importing correctly on some machines.
Class argument for impedance wasn't passed to class variable.
Packet parser in line 565 was printing error even though packet was correct.
imp_value is twice as big as it should be. Other versions of BCI software has correct values of impedance. I think, something is wrong with byte parser.
