There was a problem hiding this comment.
This causes some overlap between, e.g. service and the Service + Deployment SIG (I think also for server).
I believe this is fine, core semconv approvers / maintainers should be able to comment on these as they have specification implications. So implicitly they've had that repsonsibility. I'm on board.

overlap is fine (same as overlap in codeowners), this ensures that even when service and deployment SIG has achieved its goals and is dissolved, we have ownership for core/required components and PRs against them are not automatically closed. |
