- Contributes to Adjust to move Semantic Conventions out of OTel spec opentelemetry.io#2721
- Drops unnecessary hash to page title, instead uses direct link to page. (The problem with the use of a hash to the title, is that it doesn't exist when the page is published on the OTel website).
