**Configurable parameters:**

* `exporter` - the exporter where the spans are pushed.
* `maxQueueSize` - the maximum queue size. After the size is reached spans are
dropped. The default value is `2048`.
* `scheduledDelayMillis` - the delay interval in milliseconds between two
