Which problem is this PR solving?

Some more updates for the website docs:

• Extend list of instrumentation examples
• Move guide for exporter and backend setup into its own document
• Update & Extend browser getting started documentation.

The goal of these changes is to make the docs more helpful and make it easier for people to find additional resources. Let me know what you think.
