Support Node.js v20

Node.js v20 has been released, we currently only test against v14, v16 and v18. We need to update our workflows to also test against Node.js v20, then fix any problems that may occur.

We'll also have to update documentation to reflect that Node.js v20 is supported.

20.4 is now out.

20.9.0 is now out and LTS. Even though I’m unable to contribute code at the moment while my employer is reviewing the CCLA, I’d be happy to help move this forward through testing, etc.
