The offsets generated with the GitHub action appear to have been inaccurate resulting in test failures (e.g. https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-go-instrumentation/actions/runs/9863252636/job/27235610534?pr=926). This regenerates those offsets.
This has been verified locally by rebasing #926 onto these changes and seeing the test failure resolved.
