Changes

  • Reverts Use 7.0.306 .NET SDK images #4757
  • Fixes the unused usings and enables the analysis to prevent future additions
  • Bump SDK version in global.json to 7.0.400. That will force some devs to install new SDK which will be annoying but it ensures consistent experience building locally & via the CI.
