[Fix] Agora bug fix

Fixes:

• Fix incorrect root for global orientation (closes Global orientation on AGORA is wrong #194 and convert agora data and visual smpl is wrong? #124)
• Fix exploding 3D keypoint losses during training (see screenshot) by adding '_extra' suffix to hip keypoints (closes Failure in training HMR on Agora dataset #186 and Patch hmr agora #195)
  
• Ignore kid annotations following Patch hmr agora #195

hi @pangyyyyy, I'm not sure if this is taken into consideration, but the gender, might lead to errors down the pipeline as AGORA uses neutral model.
