Description
Previously, the optimism mainnet basefee parameters used an incorrect elasticity multiplier of
10as opposed to6. @roberto-bayardo fixed this in pr #91, but the basefee test was not updated accordingly.This PR fixes that test for the "optimism mainnet" basefee params as well as adds a new test for optimism goerli basefee params.
