Overview
Removes the
kona-plasmacrate. Plasma has been removed from the protocol, in favor of external Alt DA implementations such as Celestia and EigenDA. This crate is unused and sits inkonaas dead code at the moment.As Celestia / EigenDA develops, we may add alt-da capability, but for now, there is no need to keep this code around.
