Replaced M-32 reload sound

The original reload sound was shared with Remington-870 and SawedOff-Shotgun, thus far too short (2s instead of 4s). I replaced the sound with a work based on `12ga_load_chamber.wav` from [Guns by Gary](http://fossilrecords.net/) licensed under [CC-BY-SA 3.0](http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/) hosted by [OpenGameArg.org](http://opengameart.org/content/handling-guns).
