add fixup and python3Packages.duckdb to NixOS#444225

Fast-forwarding NixOS#444225 (i.e. manual git cli-based git merge --ff-only and git push but NOT PR merge from github ui which does not allow fast-forward merging and therefore overwrites the commit hashes ) by the changes in this PR will apply

• changes recommended in duckdb: 1.3.2 -> 1.4.1; python3Packages.duckdb: 1.3.2 -> 1.4.1; python3Packages.{sqlglot,narwhals,frictionless}: fixes NixOS/nixpkgs#444225 (comment) to the duckdb derivation
• draft of changes from [testing] duckdb: 1.3.2 -> 1.4.1; python3Packages.duckdb: 1.3.2 -> 1.4.1; python3Packages.{sqlglot,narwhals,frictionless}: fixes NixOS/nixpkgs#445695 to update the python3Packages.duckdb derivation that is also dependent on updates to the duckdb package hash versions.json file from the original submission of duckdb: 1.3.2 -> 1.4.1; python3Packages.duckdb: 1.3.2 -> 1.4.1; python3Packages.{sqlglot,narwhals,frictionless}: fixes NixOS/nixpkgs#444225
