+## A great alternative to Icecream. 
+
+### Ingredients

+### Preparation
+
+1. Peel banana, freez it.  
+Feel free to use banana that are near the end of their shelf life. they are perfect for this. 
+2. take frozen banana (several hours later, or the next day.) then blend them with the other ingredients.
