[feat] Tool results should have and error string so UI can show tool errors

@Kitenite so when a tool is called by the ai, and if error occurs then it should show the error string in the chat right ?
currently it shows the error in the chat message by ai, there should be a red error box in the chat which is outside of the ai response?
