  • use async-pong branch for websocket-client, this seems to fix the SSL protocol errors we were having with bittensor > 6.9.3
  • define USE_TORCH=1

I'm getting quite annoying double logging happening and I haven't figured out why. It must be something specific with this subnet code b/c I'm not having the issue when testing on SN24 code updated to Bittensor==7.3.0
