Everytime I start my computer mDesktop gives me an alert: "Tha last mDesktop session was crashed. Do you want restore the windows" ...or something like that.
All settings are back to it's default.

Awesome thanks! Could you try right clicking mDesktop and running as administrator to see if it resolves it? —

sounds like Makkis is using a version of mDesktop prior to the fix released for #14

My version was 1.6.something... (now i run the newest version)
Earlier version was installed from: mDesktopSetup1.6b4OC.exe

Ah that makes sense! I fixed this bug in the latest release.
