How about x-maintenance-intent - does it make sense to add such an entry for a certificate package / is there a policy that fits?

Thanks for asking. I think it makes sense to allow a client to select which NSS version to use. But rethinking that, I guess keeping the latest version is sufficient. If there's such a usecase, the opam-repo-archive is there.
