Note that we do not expect the CI to run without issues, as a large part of the ecosystem is pulled in dune's revdeps, and some packages fail to build.
The CI logs will still be manually checked

This means this PR is good to go (from our end at least), and can be merged if no one has the superstition of releasing a major package on a friday afternoon ;)
