opam x-maintenance-intent? #173
Description
Opam has a new maintenance policy: https://github.com/ocaml/opam-repository/blob/master/governance/policies/archiving.md and has asked if we could file our own for the next release (see: ocaml/opam-repository#28662)
How does everyone feel about that? I suggest we do ["(latest)"] since the API has been pretty stable and we do want everyone to update to the latest unicode.
If/when the API does change I believe that we could also change the x-maintenance-intent at that point.
