Remove deprecated restaurant sample app

my-thai-star is the new official sample application for OASP/devon since at least oasp4j release 2.6.0. Therefore we now can finally delete the old restaurant sample application from the oasp4j repository.
IMHO we only need to remove this:

• https://github.com/oasp/oasp4j/tree/develop/samples[samples] folder (entirely/recursive)
• https://github.com/oasp/oasp4j/blob/develop/pom.xml#L410[profile all] (entire section)
• Revisit https://github.com/oasp/oasp4j/blob/develop/pom.xml#L35[this config] (and comment)

Please note that this issue also relates to #637 (that needs to be done to prevent dead links, etc.)
