+# nylonee's Oat Milk Chai
+## Version 0.1
+
+### Ingredients
+ - 2 whole cloves
+ - 1 inch whole cinammon
+ - 4 cardamom pods
+ - 1 whole star anise
+ - 4 peppercorns
+ - 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
+ - 600ml oat milk
+ - 2 tablespoons loose leaf black tea
+
+### Method
+1. Grind the spices, and add all to a saucepan
+2. Bring to simmer on medium-high heat
+3. Strain and add jaggery powder to taste
