Afrikaans grade 2 table is declared ready for use but is not showing in NVDA's braille tables interface.
Description of how this pull request fixes the issue:
Add Afrikaans grade 2 (afr-za-g2.ctb) as a contracted, input, and output table.
Testing performed:
Tested via source (table shows up).
