Commands:
  create          create a shadcn project with tailwind v4
  help [command]  display help for command

what does create do?

creates a folder with the name of the project shadcnext/

• you can use it to start a new project with tailwind v4
• shadcnext/can be used as reference in an existing tailwind v4 project
