🐛 Bug Report: Fails to run pnpm docker:build on main branch

when i try to run pnpm docker:build on main branch, it fails at resolving one dependency (@novu/dal) from registry.npmjs.org.

I'm using pnpm 8.9.0, node 20.18.2.

👟 Reproduction steps

1. go to main branch
2. use specified versions of node and pnpm
3. run pnpm run setup:project + pnpm run docker:build

👍 Expected behavior

it should build docker.

i didn't find anything in docs about how to build docker locally, if there is one, i would appreciate
