Following what already done in novoda/gradle-static-analysis-plugin#177, we want to simplify the setup of our functional tests, specifically avoiding to rely on the java-gradle-plugin to inject the plugin into the classpath of the build.

The first step is to move the functional tests in their own functional-test module so to modularise the project and enable the use of composite builds for such tests (as follow-up PR).
