Summary*
Enables overflows in fuzz targets and changes the
comptime_vs_brilligtarget to not panic if the comptime compilation fails due to an overflow.Additional Context
Some bugs discovered:
To counter the second kind of failure, I added the ability to the AST printer to show the types of numeric literals.
