Summary*
This PR marks both the
to_be_radixandto_le_radixmethods ofFieldas private within the stdlib. It's now only supported to do bytes and bits decomposition. If other radices are necessary then they can be calculated in an unconstrained functions.Additional Context
I've also standardized the checks on radices between the two methods
