feat(LSP): code action to import trait in a method call

Part of #6956

Summary

This PR adds an LSP code action to import a trait, but for now only in method calls (foo.bar()):

Additional Context

In follow-up PRs I'll implement the same for function calls (Foo::bar()), and for TypePath (like Field::foo())
